Memory Foam Neck Pillow

After surgery your loved one may have difficulty finding a comfortable sleeping position and many people resort to sleeping in an upright position for a short while after surgery. This memory foam neck cushion will enable your loved one to sleep in a number of positions and can support the head and neck if sleeping upright, or can be used to brace other painful areas and is substantial enough to be used as an armrest or to relieve underarm pressure to sensitive surgical areas. Nilaqua Waterless Skin Cleanser

This antimicrobial skin cleanser is specially formulated to kill germs and decolonise the skin. It is kind and gentle for frequent use and is ideal for feeling fresh following surgery. This Nilaqua skin cleanser can be used with or without water on sweat, odors and dirt. It contains no alcohol, bleach or parabens leaving your loved one with skin soft, clean skin. Ingredients; Aqua, Benzalkonium Chloride, Didecyl Dimethyl Ammonium Chloride Amines, C12-14-Alkyldimethyl, N-Oxides, Sodium Ethylhexyl Sulfate.

 

Soothing Body Wrap

Many people suffer from pain after surgery and this soothing body wrap can help to soothe minor pain and cramping in targeted areas of the body. It can be used either warm or cold. Heat therapy is a great natural way to ease aches and pains, soothe sore muscles and aid relaxation whilst cold therapy tends to help with acute pain, inflammation and swelling. This body wrap is fragranced with lavender oil which contains properties to help calm, relax and aid sleep. It’s common for patients to feel nauseous shortly after surgery. Post surgery pain can also trigger feelings of sickness. Anti-sickness medicine can help but mint is also well known for easing nausea or an upset stomach. We’ve specifically chosen VerMints because they have ditched all the gross, health-harming, chemically-modified stuff that you usually find in mints and made super tasty mints from nature and nature only. VerMints are USDA Organic, Gluten-Free, non-GMO, Nut-Free and Kosher. 40g tin. Anti Bacterial Hand Gel

This hand sanitising gel with antimicrobial content is suitable for cleaning and protecting hands when it is not possible to use soap and water and is perfect if your loved one is laid up after surgery. Some hand sanitisers can play havoc with our hands from the drying effect of the alcohol, but we have chosen this hand gel because it contains ‘squalane’ derived from a plant source. Squalane is particularly beneficial for soothing dry and inflamed skin conditions such as eczema and is natural, safe, and effective for all skin types. Dermatologically tested. Contains 62% alcohol which guarantees high antimicrobial effectiveness. Ingredients: Alcohol Denat., Aqua, Squalane, Acrylates/C 10-30 Alkyl Acrylate Crosspolymer, Amino-methyl Propanol, Parfum, Geraniol, Limonene, Linaloo
