A full foot length gel pack sits below each foot, snuggled inside the soft and stretchy material. For added relief, an additional half size gel pack can be placed behind the heel and another half size gel pack can be placed over the toe area. Each sock also has a separate velcro strap that gently pulls the full foot sized gel pack into the arch of the foot for more direct and reliable contact with the fascia.
