Function: Film-forming agent, TRIETHOXYCAPRYLYLSILANE , WATER (AQUA) , TOCOPHEROL , ALUMINIUM HYDROXIDE , IRON OXIDES (CI 77491) , TITANIUM DIOXIDE (CI 77891).

To use MEME Smoothing Base Coat properly, apply it to naked, oil-free nails.

• Remove any excess polish from the brush before starting. Holding your brush flat, apply to the centre base of each nail, then spread outwards to the sides.
• Leave to dry for 2-3 minutes before applying the other manicure products: two coats of MEME Silicon Nail Polish and one coat of MEME Silicon Top Coat.
• Repeat your full manicure every 5 to 7 days or as soon as the polish gets chipped.
