Lindi Radiotherapy Skin Cooler Pad

The Lindi Radiotherapy Skin Cooler Pad has been specifically created to help soothe radiation burns. The hydro-gel Cooler Pad provides on-the-spot cooling relief and moisturising effects thanks to aloe vera and green tea in its formula. Single Pad is 4" x 7" and can be re-used several times.

 

Lindi Oncology Skincare Soothing Balm - 120ml

Skin reactions are a common side effect of radiotherapy treatment and many patients develop sore, sensitive or extremely dry skin during radiotherapy treatment. Lindi Skincare is a speciality skincare range developed specifically for cancer patients and their Lindi Soothing Balm is a rich, emollient, non-greasy lotion intended for extremely dry or compromised skin from radiotherapy treatment. Thanks to astaxanthin, avocado, olive oil and shea butter in its formula, Lindi Soothing Balm protects and moisturises dry, cracked, and flaking skin that can result from radiotherapy treatment. Pharmaceutical-grade ingredients and rare botanicals make this the perfect gentle lotion to tackle the driest skin.

 

Comforting Shoulder Wrap

Fatigue and aching muscles are common side effects of radiotherapy treatment. This comforting microwaveable shoulder wrap is shaped to gently mould to the contours of the shoulders and help take away the stresses of the day. When warmed in the microwave, the wrap produces therapeutic heat to ease tension, aches and pains around the neck and shoulder area. Can also be used to provide cold therapy by chilling in the freezer. Shoulder Wrap is approx. 35cm x 1.5cm x 25cm.

One of the most common side effects of radiotherapy is fatigue. The fatigue is likely to get worse as your loved one progresses through their treatment. Magnesium is proven to lessen the sensation of pain and muscular discomfort, help relaxation and cellular repair. MooGoo Magnesium Cream is made with 20% of elemental Magnesium per tube alongside other skin-loving, healthy and soothing ingredients. So in addition to delivering Magnesium, this creamy moisturiser also calms, and hydrates dry, irritable skin.

 

Oatsoak Colloidal Oatmeal - 100g

Colloidal oatmeal has been used for centuries as a treatment for itchy, dry or irritated skin and has been clinically proven as beneficial for radiotherapy skincare. This colloidal oatmeal can be added to warm bath water as a relaxing natural soak. It can help to relieve itchy, dry skin and can soothe skin that has become irritated or inflamed from radiotherapy treatment. Providing deep moisturisation, it is a natural skin cleanser and also helps to create a protective layer. Single serving.

 

MooGoo Natural Milk Wash - 500ml

Skin can become sensitive and sore when undergoing radiotherapy treatment and many people prefer to use gentle, unscented products, suitable for sensitive skin. MooGoo Milk Wash combines small amounts of five different natural cleaners as this can be gentler on skin than one concentrated cleanser. MooGoo chose natural cleansers that wash well without drying out the skin. MooGoo also uses a mix of natural skin conditioning ingredients.
